Below are the last posting dates for 2021 as recommended by Royal Mail. In order to meet these dates, please place your order by the ORDER BY date. Orders placed after these dates are likely to arrive in 2022. Please be aware that these are recommendations only and does not take into account possible delays in localised areas or countries.

Unfortunately due to restrictions with the Royal Mail Business system, we’re unable to send orders to BFPO addresses, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Missing and Damaged Items

You have the right to refuse to accept delivery of damaged goods. If an item does arrive damaged, please contact us on the day it is received and we will be happy to help. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days (UK) or 10 working days (overseas) of it being dispatched, please contact us and we will track your order and, if it is deemed to be missing, we will arrange a replacement. Please note that replacements are subject to stock availability. Many items are one-offs and cannot be replaced.

Returns and Refunds

You have the right to return and cancel an order within 7 days of placing your order, or 3 days of receiving your order if not received within 7 days. Any unwanted items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. No refunds will be issued until the goods are received back in re-sellable condition. If you return an order in full, then your refund will include the original delivery cost. You must pay for the return postage.

Tailor-made and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
